Assistant Store Manager - Gloucester
Starting hourly rate: £6.80 with the opportunity to progress (circa £15,500 per annum, depending on experience and hours worked)
The Opportunity A position in our leadership team, responsible for inventory, money control systems and restaurant management. You will be involved in scheduling, organising, directing and training team members, ensuring that customer service and engagement, food safety, product preparation and cleanliness standards are maintained. And you will maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Importantly, you will maintain well organised business records and administration. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position
Required Education Fluent spoken English and good written English. Excellent numeracy skills to GCSE A - C Level or equivalent.
Required Experience Experience in a quick service restaurant environment (at least 6 months with Subway, unless joining as a trainee). Supervisory and/or management experience. Must be computer literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
