  Store Manager - Gloucester

Salary: circa £17,000 to £21,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus (depending on capability and experience)

The Opportunity
A position in our leadership team, responsible for inventory, money control systems and overall restaurant management. You will schedule, organise and direct team members to ensure that customer service and engagement, food safety, product preparation and cleanliness standards are maintained. And you will maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. You will play an important role in the recruitment of staff and you will be responsible for their training. Additionally you will be expected to actively promote the business and court prospective customers to drive sales. Importantly, you will maintain well organised business records and administration. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

Required Education
Fluent spoken and excellent written English. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE A - C Level or equivalent required. A-Level equivalent or above preferred.

Required Experience
A minimum of one years experience in a quick service restaurant environment (at least 6 months with Subway unless joining as a trainee), with experience in supervising, managing, leading and training all levels of staff. Experience of analysing Key Performance Indicators, working towards targets and increasing overall sales and productivity is preferable. Must be computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
